Pajama Police, and stolen bicycles
I've been playing City of Heroes quite a bit recently, and enjoying it; so on the off chance any of you (in Europe) play, I'm Thunderforce and Pressure on the "Union" server.
Also, I have a bit set that says a friend of mine had a Brommie pinched in the last few months, and I've just seen this from the CTC;
Thanks to detective work by a London cyclist, police this week led arrested a couple who, it's alleged, have been selling stolen Bromptons, Birdys and Moultons on eBay, reports BikeBiz.com. Frustrated at having had his own Brompton stolen, the cyclist became suspicious at the number of folding bikes being sold to order by a seller on the internet auction site. An arrest by Police followed and a number of bikes have been recovered. If anybody has had a Brompton stolen in London in the last six months, they should contact Kensington and Chelsea police station on 020 8246 9253.
