I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but - uh, really? The further into the series of remarks you got, the less likely they were to invoke nazis?

But not, apparently, as much as that guy does. Apparently he is unable to read the london.pm homepage, either: "We are a group of people dedicated to the encouragement of all things to do with the Perl programming language in London, U.K.. There really is no excuse for that sort of behaviour. Hope you find your answer in the next place you look for it...

I think, then, my conclusion that I would not improve the situation by sticking with it was justified.
