I've been dreaming more recently. The usual round of anxiety dreams and vaguely plausible scenarios. This may not be a good sign, given the sleep/madness relationship.
YMMV, but I find that dreaming isn't necessarily a Pathway to Madness. If I'm a little bit stressed, working it off in stress dreams is pretty healthy. It may be a sign though to for me to take a little more care about going to bed on time, exercising, and going outside to synthesise Vitamin D, so that it doesn't turn into a problem.
