Given that my beer festival plan has torpedoed itself, that [livejournal.com profile] slimelight claims that we shall have some proper music this time, and that [livejournal.com profile] weds is away and otherwise I'd just have to sit home and fap pathetically... I think a trip to the Slime may be on the cards.

GO TO SLIMES! I miss slimes. I went once with Angelus and pals and had to listen to Xtian Death (the bad one) until I got smart and went to listen to the bleepy stuff. And strangely, the idea of you fapping intrigues me.

Errrr, the idea that you find that intriguing makes me incredibly uncomfortable.

Don't go to Slimelight, David. You always phone up and tell me that it'll be better this time REALLY, and then you go, and you come back and are all like, oh, it wasn't all that and I'm not going again. Remember, just because the husband promises not to beat the wife again doesn't mean he won't relapse -- stupid shit is a pattern, and clubs can't get therapy.

Gad no, don't do it to yourself. Slimelight is full of goths. If you're going to be in Islington, there are far better things to do, such as watch a decent film at the Screen on the Green or go for a beer with Tom and I.
