On the 22nd [livejournal.com profile] ceb, [livejournal.com profile] naath, and I are doing the London->Cambridge ride, which is 47 miles for breast cancer research (not 57 as I said, although once we wind outa London...) It would be more if it really left from London not Waltham Abbey. Once again I have procrastinated until the last minute, so as well as scrounging up sponsorship, uh... I don't suppose some kind person in North London fancies putting up 3 people and 2 bikes on the evening of the 21st?

That makes a certain amount of sense :) It was just an idea 'coz I'm booked up with Karen anyway. I shall see you on the 6th instead.

I can vouch that [livejournal.com profile] ceb and [livejournal.com profile] naath are not axe murders.

I wouldn't be so sure about that [livejournal.com profile] damerell though...

I would say he has the air of an axe murderer about him.

Surely if he was then ceb and naath would be axe murders? :-)

Um, it's 47 miles, rounded to 50 on the event's website.

I'll be sponsoring myself. Must check with Mike whether our crash space is actually available.

Do you know which charity it's for? I ask because I am happy to sponsor useful medical research, but not for any charities which still utilise animal testing. This means I can't buy things from BHF charity shops any more :¬(
