They started quick and feisty

This is [livejournal.com profile] uon's fault for buying me a Large Bucket of coffee at Marylebone. I do not normally drink coffee.

Also, one of the things about fixed is the tendency to find a comfortable cadence & just stick there; & I've been working at upping my comfortable cadence, so...

Ah, it's OK. Knees aside, I was OK - I think the bucket of sleep on arrival home was mostly just actual sleep, not tiredness.
