It struck me recently that while, as we know, the Internet is for porn, these days the Internet is mostly for cat pictures with funny captions. There is an obvious consequence of this which had not, I feel, been fully explored.




First one's CC Attribution Share-Alike 2.5 (Wikimedia Commons user StalkerAT); last one's GFDL (and God knows what that implies for a picture) from Wikimedia Commons user Pleple2000; middle two started public domain and are CC Attribution Share-Alike if anyone cares...
